Lisa was invited into the studio to model for an upcoming blog about posing do's and don't after applying to a boudie call in our Facebook Group (where ANYONE can become a model) Here's what she had to say about her shoot:

"I was initially invited into Dev's boudoir group on Facebook from someone I went to high school with. I have always found the style of boudoir photography extremely empowering to women and  had done a shoot previous to this. I followed the group and participated in posting and commenting with all the other lovely group members. We are our own little boudie family thanks to Dev. A couple times now the group called for a model call, and for myself wanting to take a risk was exactly what I needed in my life. I filled out the questionnaire and BOOM.

Dev has been extremely easy to communicate with and get along with. We talked a lot days leading up to my shoot. Talked about everything regarding the specifics of the shoot to how to set up automatic e transfer deposits. It was not like talking to someone whose only interest was taking photos and having them as marketing material. Dev has become a friend of mine. During the shoot Dev was all smiles and laughs. Constantly saying things like "That is gorgeous!","Okay now pop that booty!", and "Oh my look at this half blink shot I caught! hahaha.", which made everything that much more fun and easy to do. We had a ball together in the almost 3 hours I was at their house for helping them get the good, the bad, and the ugly for her blog. I am a person of no limits, nor do I care if I look not appealing in all shots. I was there to have fun and that is exactly what her and I did. 

At the end of the day, Dev is a wonderful person to work with. They manage to capture such beauty in everyone, beauty some of us did not even know we had until we met them. Any person who needs that little kick in the pants self esteem boost, should definitely consider a boudoir shoot... and a boudoir shoot with the one and only Dev!
